A loco moco.. if you don't know what it is by now.. is a bed of rice, with 2 hamburger patties an egg and gravy ALLLL over it.. (yea i know)

Island Style Cafe does it all.. but stuffed in an omelet! I replace out the patties for spam slices and bam.. heaven.
